When you can't take calls, Voicemail automatically transfers callers to your personal Voicemail box that works like an answering machine. You pick up messages and return calls at your convenience. To access your messages, you only have to remember one number - 121. You can dial this number from your mobile anywhere in Australia and over 90 countries around the world.
Each voicemail box has a unique number that is used to divert your Voicemail messages to. It's not necessary to know your mailbox number if you're happy to manage all Voicemail functions such as diversions online at My Vodafone.
If you prefer to manage your diversions via your mobile you'll need to have your mailbox number stored in your mobile.
